Who should apply?
CEOs, presidents, founders, owners, COOs, operating executives, functional leaders, and other senior leaders responsible for results. Send yourself, or send the leader who will drive AI execution inside your company. No technical background is required.
What will I build?
Each member advances a concrete enterprise AI project designed to create measurable operational or financial value. You build an AI strategy, prioritized opportunity portfolio, governance framework, redesigned workflow, implementation roadmap, change leadership plan, business impact measures, and scale roadmap.
Who hosts the group?
The Leadership Program hosts the AI Vistage Group. Mark Taylor, Master Vistage Chair, facilitates the peer experience and implementation journey.
What is the investment?
The founding cohort investment is $7,995 for the executive implementation journey from November 2026 through June 2027, including eight sessions, six expert speakers, applied project work, and structured peer accountability. Payment instructions follow approval.
Who are the six booked expert speakers?
Daniel Townsend, Mike Foster, Ross Hartmann, Vince Wadhwani, Severin Sorensen, and Dr. Gleb Tsipursky. Dr. Gleb is the author of The Psychology of AI Adoption at Work: From Resistance to Results and leads the June 16 adoption session.
What are the upcoming sessions?
November 18: Prioritize. December 16: Govern. January 20: Automate. February 17: Implement. March 17: Advance. April 21 and May 19: Refine. June 16: Adoption with Dr. Gleb Tsipursky. November and December are in 2026; January through June are in 2027.
Are all dates and formats confirmed?
November through March dates, speakers, and formats are confirmed as displayed. April 21 and May 19 are planned dates for project refinement; formats are to be announced. Dr. Gleb’s June 16 adoption session is confirmed: in person, 8:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Eastern.
Where will the sessions take place?
November, February, and March sessions are in person in New York City. December and January are virtual. All published times are Eastern. June 16 is also in person, from 8:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Eastern. Venue details are shared with members; April and May formats will be announced.
How does peer accountability work?
Members bring real projects into a confidential peer environment, challenge each other’s assumptions, work through implementation obstacles, and review progress and evidence of business impact.
Can anyone join?
Admission is by application and approval. Apply, discuss program fit with Mark, and receive enrollment instructions after approval. Submitting an application is not acceptance or a payment commitment.
